Party Bingo Card Generator
Printable party bingo games: an icebreaker where guests find each other, a moments card to play through the evening, or classic picture bingo.
Party bingo is a game where each guest gets a card of squares and marks them off as things happen, as words are called, or as numbers come up. This page has a free party bingo card generator that runs in your web browser. There is no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded: the cards are made on your own device.
The page opens with a party preset list already loaded, so you can make cards for an icebreaker, a long evening of party moments, or a set of party pictures in a few clicks. You choose the grid size, how many different cards you need, and the print layout. You can print the cards with a call list for a host to read out, or send the game to the online caller. The sections below explain each game style and how to run it.
How to make party bingo cards
- Pick a list. Keep a preset such as Party icebreaker, Party moments or Party pictures, or choose Numbers 1–75, Numbers 1–90 or Blank for squares you fill in by hand.
- Edit the word list. Put one item per line, and add or delete items as you like. To print different wording on the card than on the call list, write

- Switch on the free space for a 3 × 3 or 5 × 5 grid if you want one, and change its text if needed. The default is FREE. A 4 × 4 grid has no free space.
- Set the number of cards, from 1 to 500 per set. The default is 10.
- Set the print options: 1, 2 or 4 cards per page, US Letter or A4 paper, a card title, an optional letters row, an optional card number, and one of six colours.
- Click Print cards to print the cards. Click Print call list to get a shuffled calling order with tick boxes, plus the full list in order for checking a winner.

What is human bingo?
Human bingo, also called find a guest who or icebreaker bingo, is a game with no caller. Guests mingle, find someone who matches a square, and write that person’s name in it.
Each square takes one name, and a common rule is that each guest can sign only once, so people have to talk to several others. The first person to fill a full line wins. It works well at the start of a party, when people do not know each other yet, because every square gives a reason to start a conversation. The Party icebreaker preset includes squares such as “Has a birthday this month”, “Speaks more than one language” and “Can juggle”.
How to host a bingo party: cards, caller, prizes
A classic bingo party needs three things: cards, someone to call the game, and prizes. Start with the cards. Print one for each guest, using Numbers 1–75 or a themed list, and make sure every card is different.
The tool checks this for you. No two cards in a set share the same squares, and if your list is too short for the number of cards you want, the tool tells you how many different cards are possible. For example, 34 items on a 5 × 5 card with a free space make 131,128,140 different sets of 24 squares.
For the caller, read from the printed call list, which is shuffled, or send the game to the online caller. Play several rounds with different patterns, such as a line, four corners or a full blackout, so each round feels new. Keep the number of rounds short enough that guests stay interested. Plan the rounds before the party starts, and keep the full list in order so you can check a winner’s card against it.
What is a good bingo party theme?
Pick a theme that fits the guests. Party pictures suits children; Party moments suits a long evening where people come and go; Party icebreaker suits guests who do not know each other. Other pages on this site have ready lists for birthdays, weddings, Christmas and movie nights.
Frequently asked questions
How does party moments bingo work?
Each guest keeps one card all evening and marks a square when its moment happens, such as “A toast” or “Cake is cut”. Nobody calls the squares, so it suits long parties, reunions and holiday parties. The Party moments preset has 34 items, which is enough for a 5 × 5 card with a free space.
What prizes work for a bingo party?
Small, inexpensive prizes work well, such as sweets, stickers or small gift cards. Give one prize for each pattern, so every round has a winner and nobody waits all night for a result.
Can guests play on their phones?
Yes. The virtual bingo page gives each guest a different card in their own browser, all from one link. Use this page’s cards for printed play or the online caller for a shared game.
Can I get the same cards again?
Yes. The same game code and settings always produce the same cards. Use Copy link to save and reopen the exact cards and word list, including your edits.
Why does my list say more items are needed?
Each grid size needs a set number of different items. A 5 × 5 card with a free space needs 24, a 4 × 4 card needs 16, and a 3 × 3 card with a free space needs 8. If your list is shorter, the tool tells you how many more to add.
