Fall Bingo Card Generator

Printable fall and autumn bingo with leaves, pumpkins and apples – words or pictures, every card different, plus a call list.

Fall bingo is a printable bingo game with autumn words such as Leaves, Pumpkin and Acorn. This page’s free printable fall bingo generator makes the cards in your web browser. It needs no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded, because the cards are made on your own device.

The page opens with a ready-made list of 50 fall words, so you can print fall themed bingo cards straight away or change the words to suit your group. You can choose 3 × 3, 4 × 4 or 5 × 5 grids, make up to 500 different cards in one set, and print on US Letter or A4 paper. Fall and autumn mean the same season, so this works as printable autumn bingo too. It suits classroom parties, harvest festivals and family game nights.

How to use the Fall bingo card generator

  1. Open the page. It starts in My words mode with the Fall preset list (50 words) loaded. To make picture cards, load the Fall pictures preset instead.
  2. Choose a grid size: 3 × 3, 4 × 4 or 5 × 5. For 3 × 3 and 5 × 5 grids, switch on the free space in the centre. Its text is FREE by default, and you can change it. A 4 × 4 grid has no free space.
  3. Check the word list: one item per line. If it is too short for the grid, the tool tells you how many more you need.
  4. Set the number of cards, from 1 to 500 per set (the default is 10).
  5. Set the print options: 1, 2 or 4 cards per page, US Letter or A4 paper, the card title (it starts as FALL BINGO), an optional letters row, an optional card number and one of six colours.
  6. Use Previous and Next to check each card in the preview.
  7. Click Print cards for the cards, or Print call list for a shuffled calling order with tick boxes, plus the full list in order to check a winner.

New set makes new random cards with a new game code. Copy link saves the exact cards and your word list in a link. Use with the online caller opens the bingo caller with the same game and list. To save the cards as a PDF, choose “Save as PDF” as the printer and set the scale to 100%, not “fit to page”, so the cards print at full size.

Can I add my own fall words?

Yes. The word list box takes one item per line, and you can edit, add or delete items at any time. Each card needs enough different items to fill its squares, so the tool checks the list length against the grid size before it makes the cards.

If you want players to read one thing on the card but hear something longer when you call it, write the line as card text | call text. The left part prints on the card, and the right part goes on the call list. For example, Hayride | Ride on the hayride puts “Hayride” in the square and the longer phrase on the call list. Emoji also work as pictures, so a line such as 🍁 Maple leaf gives a picture square with a word.

The number of possible cards depends on how many words you have. With the 50 fall words and a 5 × 5 card with a free space, there are 121,548,660,036,300 different sets of 24 squares. Every card in a set is different, so a longer list gives more variety. If your list is too short to make the number of cards you asked for, the tool tells you how many different cards are possible.

Is fall bingo good for a classroom?

Yes. Fall bingo suits a classroom party before Thanksgiving or Halloween, and picture cards suit preschool and kindergarten. Because every card in a set is different, a class of 30 never gets two identical cards.

For the game itself, print the call list and call the words aloud in the shuffled order. Use the full list in order to check a winner’s card quickly. If you would rather call the game on a screen, the online caller opens with the same game and word list.

The same setup works outside. On a nature walk, students can mark the things they see from a list such as Leaves, Squirrel and Acorn, which turns the walk into a game.
