Bingo Wheel (Online Bingo Spinner)
Spin the wheel to draw bingo numbers or words one at a time – no repeats, a board of everything drawn, and full screen for a TV.
How to use the bingo wheel
- Choose what goes on the wheel with one of the four buttons: Numbers 1–75, Numbers 1–90, Custom range or My words.
- For Custom range, enter a From and To value as whole numbers from 0 to 99,999. The wheel holds at most 200 numbers.
- For My words, type one item per line, up to 500 items. Repeated lines are ignored. Lines written as
card | callshow the call part on the wheel. You can also press a ready-made list: Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Office, Classroom or Countries. - Press Spin. If no field is selected, you can also press Space or Enter.
- Read the big result below the wheel. Check the “x of N drawn” count and the last 10 draws, newest first.
- If you drew by mistake, press Undo last draw.
- When you want to start again, press New game, then choose Yes, start over or Keep playing.
Turn on Read the result aloud to hear each result through your browser’s speech voice. Press Copy drawn list to copy every draw in the order it happened. Full screen shows only the wheel, the result and the Spin button, if your browser supports it. The settings for mode, range and list are stored in the page address, so a bookmark or shared link opens the same wheel. The draws themselves are not in the link. Nothing prints from this page. For printed player cards, use the bingo card generator.
How does the bingo wheel pick a number, and is it fair?
The wheel chooses its result before it moves. The browser’s cryptographic random number generator picks one remaining segment, and the animation then turns the wheel so it stops inside that segment. The spin is for show. The tool uses crypto.getRandomValues where it is available and falls back to Math.random if it is not.
Every remaining segment has the same chance of being chosen. If 75 numbers are still in play, each one has a 1 in 75 chance on the next spin. After 10 draws, each of the 65 numbers left has a 1 in 65 chance, and so on. The wheel turns 4 to 6 full turns over about 3.5 to 5 seconds before it stops. If “reduce motion” is set on your device, there is no animation and the result shows at once.
Nothing repeats because each drawn item leaves the pool. With “Remove drawn items from the wheel” on, the drawn segment is taken off, so the wheel gets smaller. With it off, the segment stays on the wheel but is greyed out and can never be drawn again.
Bingo wheel vs bingo cage: which should you use?
A bingo cage or blower mixes numbered balls, and the caller picks one from the mix. The bingo wheel does the same job on a screen, so you need no balls or other equipment. It suits a classroom, a party or a video call, where a physical cage may be hard to share.
Everyone can watch the wheel spin and see where it stops. The result is shown in large text and in the draw history, so players can check each call. A cage is still a good choice for an in-person hall that uses one. The wheel is the better choice when you are playing online, when the caller is far from the players, or when you want to show a draw history without writing it down.
Frequently asked questions
Can I put my own words on the wheel?
Yes. Choose My words and type one item per line, up to 500 items. To show a different call than the card text, write each line as card | call. For a holiday game, press the Christmas button in My words to load a ready-made list, which makes a quick christmas bingo randomizer.
Does the wheel repeat numbers?
No. Each result is removed from the pool, or greyed out if “Remove drawn items from the wheel” is off, so nothing is drawn twice in a game. When everything has been drawn, the tool says so and Spin is disabled. Press New game to start again.
Can I show the wheel on a TV or projector?
Yes, with a large screen connected to your device. Press Full screen (shown when your browser supports it) to hide everything except the wheel, the result and the Spin button. This makes the wheel easy to read from across a room. How you connect your device to the TV or projector depends on your equipment.
What happens if I reload the page?
Your draws are saved in this browser for the current settings, so reloading keeps the game going. The draws are stored only on your device, not on a server. If you open the page in a different browser or on a different device, you will start with no draws there. A saved link keeps the settings but not the draws.
Is my list sent anywhere?
No. The tool runs in your web browser, and nothing you enter is uploaded or sent to a server.
