Bingo Call Sheets

Print the caller's master sheet to tick off each number – for 75-ball, 90-ball or your own word list.

This free tool makes a printable bingo call sheet: the caller’s master list of every number or item in a game, with a tick box beside each one so you can mark off calls as they are made. You can choose 75-ball bingo, 90-ball bingo, or your own words, then print the sheet. It runs in your web browser with no sign-up and no download, and nothing you enter is uploaded.

The same page can also build a random calling order, which is a shuffled list you can read from the top when you have no ball machine. You can fit one, two or four sheets on a page to run several games at once. Keep the sheet beside you during the game, and any claimed win can be checked against the numbers you have ticked.

How to use the bingo call sheet tool

  1. Under Sheet for, pick 75-ball bingo, 90-ball bingo, or My words.
  2. If you chose My words, type your own items or pick one of the preset lists. For items written as “card | call”, the sheet prints the call text, with the card text in small letters under it.
  3. Under Layout, choose Master sheet to tick off each call, or Random calling order for a shuffled list.
  4. If you chose a random calling order, note the order code. The same code always gives the same order. Click New random order to make a different one.
  5. Under Sheets per page, choose 1, 2 or 4. With more than one sheet, each game gets its own random order.
  6. Set your options: a title, a date line, a game number box, and paper size (US Letter or A4). For 90-ball sheets at 1 or 2 per page, you can also add the traditional nickname next to each number.
  7. Check the preview, then print. A 75-ball master sheet on its own page prints sideways (landscape).

To share a setup, use Copy link. It opens the same sheet with the same calling order, so everyone works from identical numbers.

Print a fresh sheet for each game so old ticks never confuse you.

What is a bingo call sheet?

A bingo call sheet is the list of every possible number or item in a game, used by the caller to tick each one off as it is called. It is also called a calling sheet or caller’s master sheet, and a printable bingo call sheet is simply one you can print on paper.

Because every call is ticked, the sheet is a record of what has been drawn. A caller who has marked each call can show exactly which numbers came out before a win was claimed.

What is a bingo calling card?

A bingo calling card can mean two things. The first is a call sheet, the caller’s master board, which is the sense used on this page. The second is a set of cards the caller draws from a deck, one card per number or item, as in lotería.

Which one you need depends on how you run the game. A call sheet is for a caller who reads numbers from a ball machine or a list, while a deck of calling cards replaces the machine by letting the caller draw a card and announce what it shows.

How do I use a call sheet to check a winner?

Check the winner’s card against the calls already ticked on the call sheet. Every number on the card that the winner has marked must have a tick on the caller’s sheet, and the winning pattern must be complete. If any marked number is missing a tick, the claim is not valid.

Work through the claim calmly and call out each number as you check it. A call sheet that has been ticked during the game makes this quick, because the caller only needs to look at the sheet rather than rely on memory.

Can I make a call sheet for my own words?

Yes. Choose My words under Sheet for, then enter your own items or a preset list. The tool sorts your items from A to Z into columns, each with a tick box, so you can use it for any list you want to call.

For a game where each card item needs a matching call, use the “card | call” format. The sheet then prints the call text, with the card text in small letters under it, so the caller reads the prompt and can still see what is on the cards.

Frequently asked questions

Is the bingo call sheet printable free to use?

Yes. The tool is free, requires no sign-up, and needs no download. It runs in your web browser, and nothing you enter is uploaded.

What is the difference between a master sheet and a random calling order?

A master sheet lists every number or item in order, so the caller can tick each one off as it is called. A random calling order shows the same items in a shuffled sequence, and the caller reads them from the top to run the game without a ball machine.

How do I get the same calling order again?

Note the order code shown with your random calling order. Entering the same code gives the same order every time, which is useful if you need to repeat a game or share it with another caller. Click New random order when you want a different sequence.

Can I print a 75-ball call sheet sideways?

Yes. A 75-ball master sheet on its own page prints in landscape, which fits its five columns of 15 numbers. Check the print preview before you print to make sure the sheet fills the page properly.

Can I use the sheet for 90-ball tickets?

Yes. Choose 90-ball bingo to get every number from 1 to 90 in ten rows of nine, ready to tick as you call them.
